As a non-profit organization, Community Courtyard is dedicated to providing over 10,000 square feet of facility space at below market rates. The graceful brick arches of its architectural design has made it a choice location for families, businesses, and schools to host weddings, events, and celebrations.  

Rental options include:  Combined 1st and 2nd floors, downstairs, or meeting/conference room including all furnishings and equipment.

Included in rentals is table and chair seating for up to 400 and the use of two kitchens with large work islands, one on each floor.  Each kitchen is equipped with two refrigeration units that can be interchangeable as refrigerator or freezer, two stoves/ovens, and a microwave.  Also available:  a commercial warmer with 12 baker tray slots, a commercial free standing open top freezer, electric roasters, and a variety of serving pieces.

To meet audio and music needs there is a piano on each floor, Wi-Fi access, and an Audio-Technica  SYSTEM 10 PRO Digital 2.4 GHz sound system. The sound system includes two wireless microphones, one for each floor and speakers throughout both floors.  The system can accept through a 3.5mm mini-microphone input port; various electronic devices including laptops, Iphones & Androids.  Please bring your own cords!

Open alcohol policy, the only restriction is that alcohol can not be sold.
